Tropical Storm Humberto To Become A Hurricane

On Sunday Tropical Depression Nine formed in the Eastern Atlantic and on Monday TD 9 strengthened into Tropical Storm Humberto. Humberto has been strengthening rapidly the past couple of days and is expected to become a hurricane late this evomorrowening or early tomorrow.
